Сan the audio be downloaded?

The Voicer plugin generates the audio for the text highlighted by users. After highlighting, a player appears near the text where you can listen to the generated audio. 

The audio can't be downloaded in mp3 or any other format, it is intended only for listening.

Unlike Voicer, the Speaker plugin has slightly different functionality and provides the ability to download the audio generated for the entire post in mp3 format.
