After a plugin installation, you should visit the Status tab to make sure your environment meets the plugin requirements. If you see WPBakery Installed: No in the System Requirements but the builder is installed and activated on your site, do not worry.
Most likely, your theme(like Salient theme) uses the WPBakery Page Builder with unique prefixes, and therefore the plugin does not recognize it and mark it as not installed but this should not affect the performance of the plugin.
Otherwise, if the builder recognized as not installed and there are some issues with our plugin, it would be better to contact your theme author to clarify if they are adding any changes to the WPBakery builder or use their own prefixes for the page builder.
