Why the message is not recorded on iPhones or iPads

The problem with using the Contacter on iPhones and iPads is associated with the special attention of the Apple company to the protection of personal data and they limit access to such tools. To be able to submit the audio message from the iPhone, users need to go to the phone settings and allow access to the microphone for the current site(which uses the Contacter plugin).
