How to activate the plugin from Envato Elements?

The plugin activation is possible only for items purchased from СodeСanyon when you have the purchase code.
The activation is not required if you do not have a purchase code, just skip this step. All the main functionality is available without plugin activation except automatic updates. 
Please note the item support is not included for products from Envato Elements.
