To display the information for Coronar is used API http://api.covid19api.com/ to get data from https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/ For now, the plugin displays the daily summary. So, data is updated several times a day or more.
The live summaries are already available in the API, and we are working on a new release of the plugin to implement this as soon as possible.
To find out the date of the last update, you can use the shortcode:
[coronar-date] or [coronar-relative-date]
When source data and plugin data do not match
As mentioned above, the plugin receives data from https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/ via API and it has some delay in receiving data. Besides, the plugin in turn also has caching time(it can be configured by the user). All this affects the speed of displaying updates. We do our best to receive data updates every 20-30 minutes in the next releases.

I think API it should be from the WHO because of the DATA update once every 24 hours.
