"Wrong format! The purchase code must be 36 characters long"
Make sure you copy the code without spaces. If the problem persists, you need to paste the code into the activation tab after clearing its formatting. Since the combination of two "ff" can be recognized not as two separate letters but as one symbol because the ff (ff - Latin Ligature) is actually a single Unicode character (U+FB00) such a code can not applied
To clear formatting you can use this service https://textcleaner.net/ following the simple steps:
- paste your code on the https://textcleaner.net/
- select "Normalize unicode letters/characters"
- press "Clean"
- copy the cleared code and paste it into the plugin to activate it

Using an Older Activation System?
If you see a server switcher under the Updates tab, it means you are using an older activation system. A newer activation and update system will be released soon, but the current one is still fully functional.
If you're experiencing the "Invalid purchase code" error when using the older system then first try the following:
- Make sure you are using the latest plugin version.
- Navigate to the Updates tab and switch the server from London to Frankfurt.
- Save the changes and press Clear cache
- Go to the Activation tab and try to activate the plugin using your purchase code
All troubleshooting steps listed above are also applicable to the older system.
